  5. These are some very wonderful photo's and I would like to comment that the home that Manuel and Hilda Child's resided in, was my first home, where I was born to the best of my knowledge as I have asked my older sister's and they agreed.
I have always wanted to see the place, as I was born in 1958 and left sometime, with my family after 1963. I was in the first grade and attended Boiling Spring's school.
I remember visiting Manuel and Hilda and also Hyte and Mable Jones lived beside of us.
The root cellar that you refer too as being Manuel's was also ours. My Mother had a photography shop inside of it and we had a garden down below. I remember many things about the home as well as the Holy Church, that I use to attend with my family. This could be the church that you refer too as The Unknown Church.
I remember well, Hyte and Mable and Manuel and Hilda, attending the church but Manuel was not so well but I loved them very much.
I believe if I am correct that a family, named Pritt's lived near the Church and I also remember Bess's store.
There was a family just above us, the Wright's, and then I believe Joe and Martha Campbell, and a gentleman called Doc Hanes and his family. Also the Jones's.
But I was very young and my Older sister could tell you much history of this Home as well. My middle sister said that she has an old deed to this home where as Momma sold the home and to whom she sold it too. I hope this information is useful, and again, thank you for this wonderful blog.
I would like to also share some private information with you on the Home that you may find very interesting!
In the meantime, my parents were Jeremiah Leo Campbell and Frances Persinger Campbell. My sister's are Jeannie Carol and Diane Lynn and I am Frani. We are the Campbell's.
I can appreciate your love for writing as I too am an author of several Novel's. It is great to meet kindred spirits and Echo's of the Past. Namaste.

I would very much welcome any further info, stories, etc that you would like to share; perhaps, I could assemble a page dedicated to your stories and memories. I'm certain Austin would be very interested in corresponding or speaking with you.
